Hi Paul,
Wanted to thank you again for the outstanding "service
beyond the sale". Also, I am most appreciative of the
twin/bunk bed kit included with the split "Jordan".
Everything went so smoothly as you said it would.
It's been
a few weeks now and the grand kids are still thrilled
with their twin beds. The four year old sleeps through
the night without leaving the bed to join mommy and
daddy as he did most of the time with the previous bed.
He says his bed is so strong and comfortable it's like
sleeping in a tree house. The older boy, now eight,
plays Pirates of the Caribbean in his claiming the
underside drawers are his ships hold where he stores his
booty. No more complaints from him about back pain due
to the inadequate frame support and sagging mattress in
his old bed.
More
importantly, their parents really like the smell of the
wood and the rugged structure. They are very pleased
that we chose Ladder Beds since the boys are very active
and the solid beds seem to handle the wear and tear very
well. Down the road, each of the boys will, no doubt,
have buddies sleeping over. That's when we'll stack the
twins in one room and call upon you to provide another
"Jordan" bunk bed for the other. Stay tuned.

twin over twin bunks for my daughter 1 year ago. They
have been put to good use over & over again by my
daughter's friends! They are ridiculously sturdy and
strong. Paul assembled them in one room for me then a
few months later came back to disassemble & reassemble

Thank you very much for
installing my son's loft bed. He loves it. We have put a small sofa
in the bottom part so he can relax in his room without bothering
anyone. It took about a 1/2 hour to install the bed and is well
worth the money because he is a rough and tough kind of boy.

As promised you delivered
and installed two regular and one queen-size bunkbed at our shore
house in Avalon just prior to the onslaught of the 17 Todd family
grandchildren. It was the best summer ever! Although we couldn't fit
all 17 into the three beds, at one point I did count 13 little kids
snuggled safely away (four in each regular size and five in the

extra hardware, the detailed instructions, and the design of the
build, which for these kids, is nicely 'overbuilt' in construction,

happy that we decided to buy from LadderBeds and not
risk buying the crap at Ikea or Kmart. You produce a
great quality, tough bed. Its exactly what we need for

Great customer service,
outstanding product quality, and reasonable prices! I found the
perfect bunk beds at LadderBeds.com. I looked elsewhere online and
in stores and was not at all pleased with the quality of bunks that
I saw. Some no-name stores had flimsy sets at cheap prices, but
those wouldn't have lasted and weren't safe. In some big-name stores
I saw bunks that cost $1000 or more. I didn't know if they were any
sturdier and they were too expensive. Then I came across
LadderBeds.com and knew right away this was the product for us. I

In today’s world everyone
hears of the complaints but very few hear of the positive remarks.
So I thought I would be one who takes the time to let you know about
our experience with you and your company that you can share with
others. First of all I have to
complement you on the quality of your beds. We had been looking for
awhile and nothing compared to how well built your beds are and how
reasonably priced you are. You came into our home and set up our
beds on our schedule making the process just that much easier. Your willingness to
fulfill our needs went above and beyond what we expected. I will

My son grew out of his
toddler bed. His bedroom in my city row home is small. It was
important to me to find:

that was safe, affordable, and durable.

a bed my
son could enjoy now as well as grow into.

that maximized the limited space (my son at 46 in.
tall could stand under the bed).

could assemble (but not from scratch).
The Braylon Loft bed at
Ladderbeds.com met all of these criteria. My experience with Paul in
his converted home/showroom was great. He happened to have an
unfinished (unpainted) Braylon there. Otherwise, he deals in a
made-to-order manner. There was no expert intimidating language or
tactics. He provides easy-to-follow assembly instructions, and even
delivery & installation (at cost). He himself helped me lash my
purchase to my car roof providing the rope (at no cost) to tie it
down. Invited me to call with any questions/problems/requests. He
suggested the brand and quantity (with pinpoint accuracy) of stain
I'd need to paint the bed. Paul was personable, knowledgeable, and
accommodating. His products are well-built, innovative in terms of
function and space management (I bought an accessory shelf that fits
on any two inch wide runner on the bed); but his products are a bit
rustic with exposed bolts and screws (no deal breaker).
Being something of a
Christmas gift to my son, I was nervous my 6-yr-old would go for it.
Upon sight of it he climbed fearlessly onto it. Sat up in his loft
and then started "nesting" in his new big boy bed by hauling his
favorite toys and action figures into it. I am very happy with my
purchase and experience at Ladderbeds.com.
